At Pyrodrone, we want to ensure you have the best experience with your FPV and drone electronics. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Log into your Pyrodrone account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Pyrodrone

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own trackable shipping method to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the electronics, we will process your refund or store credit within 3-5 business days.
